The Certified Crystal Company believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- If needed, cancellations is recommended to be made immediately after placing the order.
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. In the case of fast-shipping deliveries, the cancellation requests has to be made within 3 hours.
- Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within the given time period only. In case the timeline is exceeded, a 10% cancellation fee will be levied on the total bill amount.
- However, you can get your product exchanged at 100% of its value post 12 hours of order placement or before the order gets dispatched.
- The cancellation request may not be entertained if the customized orders have been communicated further to the vendors/merchants and is under the making process. Additionally, the cancellation request will not be considered if the order is initiated for the process of shipping and delivery.
