The Certified Crystal Company believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. If needed, cancellations is recommended to be made immediately after placing the order. 
  2. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. In the case of fast-shipping deliveries, the cancellation requests has to be made within 3 hours.
  3. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within the given time period only. In case the timeline is exceeded, a 10% cancellation fee will be levied on the total bill amount. 
  4. However, you can get your product exchanged at 100% of its value post 12 hours of order placement or before the order gets dispatched. 
  5. The cancellation request may not be entertained if the customized orders have been communicated further to the vendors/merchants and is under the making process. Additionally, the cancellation request will not be considered if the order is initiated for the process of shipping and delivery.
