In the odd case that you do not love the purchased product, The Certified Crystal Company offers a simple and straightforward refund and exchange program, guided by a transparent and customer-friendly policy of return and replacement. So now you can shop with a hassle-free state of mind.

 
If you want to return the products for any reason, we will happily assist you in the same. Here is our policy on returns:

1. You will get a quick and easy 3 days Return Window (started by the time of delivery) with a ‘No Questions Asked’ approach. (Not applicable on engraved and customized products)

2. We will refund the applicable amount within 10 -15 working days in the source account.

 

3. In case you want to return an order, you have to bear the reverse shipping charges. However, this is not applicable if you have received a damaged product (unboxing video necessary).

 

Conditions to be eligible for return and replacement policy:

 

1. The item must be completely unchanged, undamaged, and unused. Damage caused by misuse will not be included in the Return and Replacement Policy.

2. The item must be in its original, unused state, which means any sign of usage will not be received for a full refund. In the circumstance that the item has been altered in any way or form, chipped/ nicked, damaged, set, scratched, or has a different weight, the item will not be accepted as a return. 

3. Return, replacement, or exchange of items is subject to inspection and verification by the quality control team at The Certified Crystal Company. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been received and inspected by us.

4. The product must be returned along with the original documentation, invoice, packaging, discount coupons, laboratory certificates, and complimentary gifts, if any. 

 

Please Note:

 

1. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you need to inform us via email along with the opening video and photograph of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Any activity after receiving the parcel is bound to be the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Please note that Shipping Charges, Payment Gateway (if any), duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Return shipment will be at the customer’s cost. We will not be liable for any returned parcel shipping/pickup. In case, the customer wants the pickup service to be arranged by us then shipping and service charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Any lab certificate that may have been custom ordered besides the free certificate supporting the item, shall not be refunded in the return payment.

6. We aim to process all refunds within one (1) week. However, in some unfavourable situations, payment returns may take 10-15 working days (including inspection) to process.

7. Any engraved or personalized jewelry, customization, or ‘Made-to-order’ are non-returnable.

8. In case of any size issue, etc. you are eligible for a 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within the stated timeframe. This facility can be availed only one time.

Kindly note that an opening video is mandatory, to claim any arrival damages and return the same. In the case you have received a defective piece of jewelry or gemstone, you have to report to us within 24 hours of the delivery.
Since we also need to proceed with the claim to the insurance company, to be eligible to return the defective item, it is imperative to shoot a detailed unboxing video of your product at the time of receiving and opening it.
